Overviews
- Day 1
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Start your journey by joining us at our first pick-up point at the Indian Museum Main Gate near Park Street Metro (report at 8:00 AM, departure at 8:30 AM). The second pick-up is from P.C. Chandra Garden Gate No.1, near Science City (report at 8:30 AM, departure at 9:00 AM). Travel comfortably in an AC vehicle with a tea and breakfast break on the way as we head towards Godhkhali (3.5-hour drive).
2:30 PM: Enjoy a Gosaba island walk to experience local life and culture. Then visit the historic Hamilton Bungalow and Rabindranath Tagore Bungalow. After watching we Bungalows will arrive at our hotel, located right by the Sundarban Tiger Reserve. Surrounded by scenic villages, forests, and rivers, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
4:00 PM: Take a short boat ride to explore the Sundarban Bird Jungle and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Return to the hotel by 6:00 PM.
7:00 PM: Experience local culture with a folk dance performance, complemented by tea or coffee and snacks.
8:00 PM: Enjoy a bonfire and music (available in the winter season).
10:00 PM: Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
- Day 2
8:00 AM: Begin the day with an exciting boat safari across the Sundarban Delta.
8:30 AM: Our government-licensed guide will lead you on a safari through the Sajnekhali Tiger Reserve.
9:30 AM: Embark on a thrilling boat journey through rivers and creeks, passing areas like Pirkhali, Banbibi Varani, and Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower, with chances to see spotted deer, crocodiles, water monitor lizards, and, with some luck, the Royal Bengal Tiger.
12:30 PM: Visit Do-Banki Tiger Reserve Area and experience the 896-meter canopy walk with a unique view of the wildlife.
1:30 PM: Continue to Panchamukhni, the meeting point of five rivers.
5:00 PM: Return to Pakhiralay after a day of adventure in Sundarban National Park.
10:00 PM: Dinner at the hotel.
- Day 3
9:30 AM: After breakfast, enjoy a village walk to experience local life and culture.
11:00 AM: Head back to Kolkata by boat and car, with lunch provided on the way.
4:00 – 5:00 PM: Arrive in Kolkata.

Things to Carry
- Carry specific medications for cough, cold, or stomach issues, if needed.
- Bring valid photo ID; foreign nationals must carry their original passport.
- Pack a camera or binoculars for viewing wildlife and landscapes up close.
- Opt for light, easy-to-carry baggage and comfortable footwear.
- Don’t forget sunglasses, a hat or cap, and sunscreen to protect from the sun.
- Cash is recommended as ATMs are limited in the area (only SBI ATM available at Gosaba).
